I am a great believer in the mantra “laughter heals”
I am strong supporter and advocate for our military gals and guys; when in Afghanistan please shoult a HUGE hello to Art Grimshaw - husband, father a good colleague and friend was deployed last January, he is missed !!
Also, please shout out to the Rainbow Brigade from Troy, NY they are missed!!
